Heat oven to 350

Cut chicken into appx. 1 inch cubes (or stew the chicken in water until cooked enough to shred)

In an oven proof skillet, cook chopped onion in coconut oil (or butter) until translucent.

Add chicken and 14 ounces of chopped green chlies.

When onions, chicken and chilies have come to a low boil, add cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted and smooth.

Combine the cheeses; sprinkle over the chicken then add the cream over the cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, checking to make sure the cheese gets bubbly, not burnt. If using cooked chicken, bake for 35 minutes. This is so good!
