Steps
Sequence Step
1Cream sugars, butter and shortening together in medium bowl. In a seperate bowl, combine pudding mix with 1/4 cup milk; add to creamed mixture along with the egg white, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
2In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and poppy seeds. Add to creamed mixture and blend well.
3Preheat oven to 350. Drop dough by the teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets about 2" apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
