1toast almonds set asid..pre heat oven to 400
2place chicken breast into baggie and pound out thin. repeat with the other chicken breasts
3season with salt
4dice sundried tomatos and chop spinach
5put garlic in skillet and soften add tomatos and soften...if you use really dry tomatos youo will have to reconstitute them first.
6add spinach and wilt, but don''t over cook
7place filling on chicken and roll up, secure with toothpicks if necessary.
8grease backing pan, i use pam
9place in oven for around 20 min. but since the chicken is thin you may have to adjust time.
10serve over starch or other veggie..I used couscous. It was 120 calories
