toast almonds set asid..pre heat oven to 400

place chicken breast into baggie and pound out thin. repeat with the other chicken breasts

season with salt

dice sundried tomatos and chop spinach

put garlic in skillet and soften add tomatos and soften...if you use really dry tomatos youo will have to reconstitute them first.

add spinach and wilt, but don''t over cook

place filling on chicken and roll up, secure with toothpicks if necessary.

grease backing pan, i use pam

place in oven for around 20 min. but since the chicken is thin you may have to adjust time.

serve over starch or other veggie..I used couscous. It was 120 calories
