Chicken Breast (Non-Breaded)

tomatoes, canned mexican stewed

black beans, canned, Bush's

corn, canned

Green chiles, 4 oz canned chopped with liquid

cream cheese

chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, chopped

Place Chicken breasts and tomatoes into a large skillet

Pour Chicken broth into the pan. Over high heat bring the ingredients to a roiling boil Reduce to med heat and cook until chicken is no longer pink

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Keep broth on stove simmering

Chop chicken into small chunks

Add chicken back to broth

Rinse and drain the black beans, corn, and green chilis

Add them to skillet

Add Cream Cheese, Paprika and Chipotle peppers.

Stir it all together and let it simmer for 10 minutes on Med Heat. Stiring occasionaly
