Sprinkle rice in bottom of a 10 x 15 baking pan . Cut chicken into proper portion sizes, apx. 4-5 oz. each. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice in a single layer. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Combine soups with water, blend well. Pour over chicken and rice, then sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the top. Cover and seal well with aluminum foil. Bake @ 350* for 2 hours.
