Steps
Sequence Step
1heat oven to 350. Drain tomatoes and reserve 2 tbs oil.
2in large bowl blen 1/2 c drained tomatoes with chopped artichokes, feta, parmesaon, mayo, garlic, opt green onion, salt and pepper. Set asde.
3Heat reserved oil in large nonstick skillet on med until hot. Add chicken and sear on both sides 2-3 min until lighly brown. remove chicken to baking dish and arrage in single layer.
5Mix remaining tomaotes with hot cooked brown rice. and stir in almonds.
6Serve Chicken over rice
