Steps
Sequence Step
1Remove tough stems from the greens and rough chop the leaves. Rinse and drain well.
2Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse. Chop bacon and cook in a hot pan until crispy.
4Toss well to combine and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5Garnish with shredded Parmasean cheese (1 tsp, per portion)--Optional
