1Prepare Custard power by cooking mixture of milk or cream and egg yolk
2Pour milk in a saucepan and start heating over a medium high heat
3Combine the custard power and a very small amount of water in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly
4Add this mixture to boiling milk, stir continuously
5Add sugar as the milk starts to thicken. Continue stirring.Remove the mixture from the heat when it reaches the desired consistency.
6Allow the mixture to thoroughly cool.Add chopped fruits (apples, bananas and grapes)
7mix the custard nicely and enjoy
