1melt butter in saute pan on medium/medium low heat
2saute onions for 2 minutes
3mix in flour- evenly coat onions
4Alternate adding Chicken broth and milk Stir with spoon when adding items.
5add salt and pepper
6Stir constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
7Add meat and veggies
8Cook for 5 minutes on medium low heat.
9Pour immediately into pie dish.
