cook noodles
combine spinach, ricotta, parm cheese, egg, salt pepper.
laddle 1 cup sauce on bottom 9X12 pan
make sure noodles are dry. Take 1/3 c ricotta mixture and spread evenly over noodle, roll carefully and place seam side down onto baking dish. Laddle sauce over rolls in baking dish sprinkle each roll with 1 TBSP cheese cook for 40 min or until cheese melts. |
