Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Combine melted butter, molasses, honey, and salt with the scalded milk. Let the milk mixture cool to a lukewarm temp and then combine with yeast mixture. Add enough flour until it can be handled without sticking to your hands (about 5-6cups). Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased 4x8-in loaf pans. Let rise until not quite double, about one hour. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
