IN A LARGE BOWL ADD HASHBROWN, SOFTENED BUTTER, 1/2 CUP OF CHEESE SOUR CREAM CREAM OF CHICKEN ONION POWDER AND SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL.

SPRAY A 9 X 13 CASSEROLE DISH AND POUR THE MIXTURE IN.

ADD THE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP AND PUT IN THE OVEN ON 400 UNCOVERED. WHEN THE CHEESE IS BROWNED AND CASSEROLE IS BUBBLY IT IS DONE.
NOTE: I LIKE TO TAKE THE HASHBROWNS OUT THE DAY BEFORE AND PUT THEM IN THE FRIG SO THEY WONT BE FROZEN. (TAKES LESS TIME TO COOK)
