1mix 1 cup cauliflower, seasoning, cheese and egg beater in bowl with fork
2spread out in a circle on parchment paper on a baking sheet
3cook in pre heated 425 degree oven 30 minutes, turn over and cook another 10 minutes. Will be crisp and may appear burned but it isnt
