1Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over high heat. Put cubed ham into pan to warm. Gently beat egg whites and eggs and pour over ham. Cook until eggs are set, rotating pan and lifting edges so liquid part will come into contact with the hot pan. When whites are set, sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat, cover with a lid for a minute or two until the sheese melts. Serve imediately.
