Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine cake mix, 1 egg and oil in large bowl; stir until crumbs are formed. Measure 1 cup of mixture--set aside. Press rest of crumb mix into bottom of ungreased 13x9-in baking pan.

Bake crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes.

Beat remaining egg, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth and well blended. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mix.

Bake 15 minutes or until just set. Cool completely in pan on rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 2 dozen bars.
