Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.

Soften cream cheese.

Combine dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil in large bowl; stir until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture (use for top layer). Press remaining mix into bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Bake crumb mix for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes.

Beat remaining egg, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mix.

Bake 15 minutes or until just set. Cool completely in pan on rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 2 dozen bars.
