Beat salt and eggs in mixer add oil, honey, milk and 5 cups of flour and mix together.

Heat water to 110 degrees add sugar and yeast and let rise.

Mix yeast and remaining flour and knead until smooth and not sticky. Add extra flour if necessary.

Let bread rise an hour or so.

Roll out dough to remove air bubbles and form into loaves. Let rise another hour.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden on top.
