1in a sauce pan add tomato paste, water and spices. Simmer on low for an hour. Stir every now and again. Let cool.
2Put on a large pan of water to boil add salt. Boil noodles until tender, 5 or 6 mintes. Mean while brown hamburger and drain well.
3In a 9x13 inch pan spoon in 2 tablesppons of sauce and spread on bottom of pan. lay 3 noodles side by side. Add 2 more tablespoons of sauce and spread on noodles. Add half of the cooked meat. A hand full of cheese and sprinkle a third of the parm of the top. Sprinkle about 2 more tablespoons of suace on top. Repeat with another layer of noodles, meat, sauce and chesses. On last layer spoon on sauce and last of the cheeses.
4Bake 30 to 40 minutes until lightly browned on top.
