cook kamut in 4 cups of water for 60 min

Use a few tbls. of grapeseed oil, stir fry all the vegetables until lightly brown, remove and place in bowl.

After browning and removing vegetables place balsamic and rest of oil in pan and remove any brown drippings from pan while mixing together.
