saute onions and garlic for about 3 minutes until starting to become translucent in a good layer of Pam butter flavored spray, about six seconds worth.

Add head of shredded cabbage and saute for about 2 more minutes

Add 1/2 cup chicken broth and simmer covered for about 40 to 45 minutes or until it becomes very tender and caramelized.

Give it a taste to see if you want to add salt and pepper and let finish cooking until all the broth boils off
