Sequence Step
1Spray Pie Plate with nonstick spray. Boil potatoes until just tender, peel and slice into pie plate. Sautee onions in olive oil, spread on top of potatoes. Sprinkle chopped broccoli, parmesan and shredded cheddar cheese over onions. Scramble eggs and milk together, add salt and pepper if desired. Pour over other ingredients in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until just set in the middle. Serve warm or room temperature, with tomato sauce if desired.
