Have all ingredients at room temperature

Mix dry ingredients, minus yeast

Add liquid ingredients to bread machine pan - beat eggs with fork

Put dry ingredients on top of liquid, making a well in the center for the yeast

Choose gluten free setting and start machine

Watch while mixing, scraping down sides as needed with wet spatula

When finished mixing and on "rise", wet hand with cold water and get the beater out of the pan. Smooth batter with wet spatula
