Steps
Sequence Step
1Have all ingredients at room temperature
2Mix dry ingredients, minus yeast
3Add liquid ingredients to bread machine pan - beat eggs with fork
4Put dry ingredients on top of liquid, making a well in the center for the yeast
5Choose gluten free setting and start machine
6Watch while mixing, scraping down sides as needed with wet spatula
7When finished mixing and on "rise", wet hand with cold water and get the beater out of the pan. Smooth batter with wet spatula
8Cool on wire rack
