1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
3In a seperate bowl add the mashed bananas, eggs, honey and vanilla and mix well.
4Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir until combined.
5Fill mini loaf pans 3/4 full and bake 20-30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
