1Cook pasta and cool
2Melt butter
3To skillet add: peppers, parsley, onions, dry milk. Add 5.5 gal water.
4In separate bowl mix 1.5 gal water with 1.5 cup chicken base. Add to pepper mixture.
5Place pasta in pans and add pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. stirring occasionally.
