cupApplesauce, canned, sweetened, without salt

cupolive oil, extra virgin

teaspoonvanilla extract, bean actually

cups, choppedzucchini, grated with skin
Steps
Sequence Step
1-Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2-Then whisk together the remaining wet ingredients except for the zucchini.
3-Mix the zucchini into the wet ingredients.
4-Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and pour in the wet mixture. Fold gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
5-Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
6-Bake at 350˚ for 40-55 min.
