Clean, stem and cut swiss chard

Mince garlic, pepper and onion

Coat the bottom of a sautee pan with oil. preheat!

Add onions, garlic and peppers, sautee until soft.

Add swiss chard, mix and cover. Cook until chard is wilted and soft, about 5 minutes.

remove from heat set aside.
