preheat oven to 325

line 2 standard muffin pans with papers

mix milk and vinegar - set aside

in large bowl, beat together butter, oil, and sugar until creamy Add eggs, vanilla and milk/vinegar mixture. blend well

In seperate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Add flour mixter to butter mixture. Mix well by hand

Add zucchini and 1/2 chocolate chips. Stir well

Spoon batter evenly into pans. Fill each cup 2/3 full. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Add nuts if desired
