1. Cook the Quinoa according to directions on the package.
2. Saute the zucchini and asparagus until just tender.
3. Add the spinach to the the zucchini and asparagus and saute until spinach is wilted.
4. Mix the vegetables with the quinoa and then add the feta. Toss.
5. In a separate container, mix the oil, soy, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic seasoning.
6. Stir liquid into the quinoa mixture and toss. Enjoy warm or cold.
