combine oats, flours, cinnamon, raisins, cranberrys, almonds and protein powder.

mash bananas and stir in apple sauce, honey, egg and egg whites, vanilla

grease 8 x 11 or 9 x 13 pan with butter.

Bake 350 for 20 min turn off oven and leave in oven additional 10 min

Cool in pan cut into 1 x 2 inch bars
