Add broth, garlic, and beef to pot. Begin heating on high while preparing vegetables.

Wash and dice onion, carrot, broccoli, squash, zucchini, turnip, and parsnip. Add all ingredients to the stock pot.

Bring pot to a boil and then reduce temperature to medium heat and simmer for 1 hour
