1Blend flours, salt and baking powder until combined.
2Add in remainder of ingredients. Mix until blended.
3Preheat oven to 350F
4Spoon into paper-lined cupcake cups until about 2/3 full
5Bake for 18 minutes or until they test done. Do not over-bake - it will make them dry!
6Remove from pans and allow to cool before frosting.
