Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray 8x4" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

Add in the egg whites, mashed bananas, and grated apple.

Stir all ingredients together just until combined.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
