Combine Chia and Grated Zuchini and set aside

In a food processor mix dates, buckwheat flour, vanilla and Cinnamon

Add Zuchini and Chia mixture and Sprouted Buckwheat into the food processor and mix until still chunkey

Place into large bowl and add remaining ingredients

Press onto Cookie Sheet into a 9"x9" square
