Steps
Sequence Step
1In a med bowl, combine dry ingedients.
2In large bowl, mix sugar and olive oil until creamy.
3Add vanilla and egg and mix well.
4Add dry mixture to wet, half at a time and mix well.
5Add milk and lemon juice and mix well.
6Roll dough into balls (1 tbs) and place on lightly sprayed, foil lined cookie sheets.
7Flatten each ball with a fork dipped in granulated sugar.
8Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes until firm.
9Cool on cookie sheet 10 minutes, then slide foil off sheet to cool completely on counter.
10Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
