Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Add ground beef and brown and add seasonings, tomato paste and water. Cook uncovered for 1-1/2 hours. Add the kidney beans the last 10 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti topped with grated cheddar cheese. Serves 10.
