1Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid from can. Combine chickpeas, 1/4 cup of the liquid from the chickpeas and all remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth, adding additional liquid from chickpeas if needed. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
