Steps

1Heat over to 350 degrees
2Grease bottom onlyof loaf pan, 8.5x4.5x2.5 or 9x5x3 inches.
3Mix sugar and butter in 2.5-quart bowl.
4Stir in eggs until blended.
5Add bananas and water; beat 30 seconds.
6Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. If you have chips or nuts, add them in last.
7Pour into pan.
8Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 8-inch loaf 1.25 hours, 9-inch loaf 55-60 minutes; cool 5 minutes.
9Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan.
10Cool completely before slicking.
