Process Buckwheat, Salt and Pecans until the mixture sticks together then put in a mixing bowl.

Process the next 6 ingredients until lightly chunky. Then add to Pecan mixture in mixing bowl.

Add Currants and mix everything completely with hands.

Press Mixture into the Celery Stalks and Slice into Bite Sized pieces.
