Pat dough flat onto a lightly floured cookie sheet. Brush with melted margarine (1 TBSP). Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll lengthwise to form a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces.

Bring margarine, brown sugar, and milk to boil in saucepan. Let cook until it becomes a heavy syrup consistency. Pour into the bottom of a 9X11 cake pan. Place rolls into caramel. Allow to rise until doubled in size (about 45 minutes). Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Flip onto a cookie sheet to allow caramel to flow over rolls.
