Step
1
chop onions, and fry with garlic and chopped beef. Add Carrots and spices.

Fry for further 2 mins while stirring

Add beef cubes and enough water to cover meet and carrots

Boil gently for 45 mins

Add other veg and boil for a furhter 15 mins

Stir through soy yoghurt, (natural not vanilla)
