Sequence Step
1Cook olive oil, ground turkey, and mushrooms in large skillet. Once turkey is no longer brown, add thawed and drained spinach. Allow to cool. Mix in ricotta, 1/2 cup of Mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Grease 13x9 pan and poor some sauce on the bottom. Add 1/4 cup of mixture to each noodle and roll it up. Add remaining sauce. Bake at 375 until bubbly. Top with 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
