Boil egges to hard, usually about 10 min at a rolling boil. allow to cool and peel. Cut in half and place yokes in bowl.

Using a fork, break up yoks. Switch to spoon and add yogurt and spices. When well creamed, add very finely diced celery.

Fill resevoir pots in the egg whites where the yokes were removed. Sprinkle with paprika if desired for color. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
