Place cooked, cooled quinoa in a large bowl

In a small bowl, whisk together all other ingredients.

Add egg mixture to quinoa and stir to combine.

Spread batter in prepared pan.

Baake 20-25 minutes until set and golden.

Using edges of foil. remove from pan as soon as possible to cool.

Cool completely and cut into 6 servings.
