2Place cooked, cooled quinoa in a large bowl
3In a small bowl, whisk together all other ingredients.
4Add egg mixture to quinoa and stir to combine.
5Spread batter in prepared pan.
6Baake 20-25 minutes until set and golden.
7Using edges of foil. remove from pan as soon as possible to cool.
8Cool completely and cut into 6 servings.
9Store in lidded plastic containers. To reheat, top with maple syrup and microwave 30 seconds.
