1Put all ingredients in blender and pulse-chop.
2After initially blending, add cold water in 1 tablespoon incriments while on a continuous high blend.
3Stop blending when it is smoothly blending on its own and looks like applesauce in texture.
4Serve warm or chilled with pita chips or as dip for veggie tray.
