Mix all ingredients except broth and seasoning in large bowl.

Once mixture is fairly uniform, sprinkle with poultry seasoning and mix again.

Add broth 1/2 cup at a time to make mixture moist, but mot soggy. It may not take all of broth. If mixute is very dry, you may add a 1/2 cup of water to moisten.

Line cupcake/muffin tin with wrappers and fill each with 1/2 cup of mixture. If your mixture is overly moist, you may not have 12 muffins. If it was very dry, you may have more than 12.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, check for done. Wetter mixes take longer to cook and will be firmer on tops.
