Add tomotao sauce, corn, black beans, salsa, and taco seasoning. Simmer for 20 minuets.

While simmering prepare a casserole dish (round works best to fit the tortillas). Place 1 tortilla at bottom of dish and spread 1/3 of the refried beans. After the meat mixture is finished simmering, spoon meat mixture on top of beans/tortilla. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers until ending with cheese on top (usually 3 layers). Bake covered for 20-30 minuets until bubbly. Can remove lid and bake the last 10 minuets to brown cheese.

Serve with Sour Cream, Guacamole, and Baked Tortilla Chips.
