| 1 | Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. | 2 | Blend together in mixer, bananas, oil, carrots | 3 | In a separate mixing bowl, combine rice flour, corn meal, salt | 4 | Stir dry mixture into banana mixture until combined. Fold in walnuts. | 5 | Pour into greased loaf pans, muffin tins, or mini loaf pans to approx. 2/3 full. Bake in over for 25-30 minutes for muffins, 30-35 for mini loaves or 40-45 for full loaves. Test for doneness using a toothpick. |
