can, 15 oz (303 x 406)yellow corn, canned, drained

can, 15 oz (303 x 406)white corn, canned, drained

medium (2-1/2" dia)Yellow onion, minced

tablespoonsdiced green chilies

cups, chopped or dicedChicken, meat only, rotisserie, shredded

teaspoonsTaco seasoning, homemade

cupschicken broth, low sodium, and fat free

medium (approx 5" dia)taco shells, premade
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat in large skillet.
2Add corn, cook and stir until brown, about 8 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning.
3Add remaining oilive oil, onion and chiles; cook and stir additional 3 minutes.
4Place corn, onions and chiles into large pot. Add chicken and toss with taco seasoning mix. Add broth and bring to boil.
5Simmer over low heat 15 minutes.
6Serve with crumbled taco shells.
