In large bowl combine everything but flax seed; Stir well.

Add chicken, making sure each piece is covered well.

Optional: let chicken stand overnight in frig.

Remove chicken, dip in flax seed. (Try water if seed doesn''t stick.)

Place chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish.
