Steps
Sequence Step
1Wipe chicken dry; remove any excess fat.
2In large bowl combine everything but flax seed; Stir well.
3Add chicken, making sure each piece is covered well.
4Optional: let chicken stand overnight in frig.
5Remove chicken, dip in flax seed. (Try water if seed doesn''t stick.)
6Place chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish.
7Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until chicken tests done.
