In a large skillet, melt bacon grease over medium heat. Coat the chicken with flour. Place chicken in the hot grease and cook 5 to 10 minutes on each side until throughly browned. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic to skillet; cook and stir until onion and pepper are tender.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Add chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
